General

Why shop Raindrops & Sunshine?  We take pride in finding items that both you and your children will love. We photograph and style all our items ourselves to ensure that they are true to color and true to the quality you expect. We put in the extra effort to only sell items we would put our own littles in. We are excited as you to see your kids rocking their new outfits. Raindrops & Sunshine is dedicated to giving customers the best shopping experience with the satisfaction of getting what they expected.

Where are you located?  We are located in the “belly button” of Illinois and ship straight from our home.

Do you offer Local Pickup?  If you are in the Quincy area, we offer free local pick-up from our home! Once your order is ready for pick-up we will e-mail you with instructions. Our pick-up bin is accessible 7am-8pm daily.

When will an item be back in stock?  We try to restock our out-of-stock items as quickly and as often as possible. However, this largely depends on whether or not the item is still available from our wholesale companies. You can click on “notify me” next to the item and size on our website, and you will automatically receive an email as soon as it’s back in stock.

Do you have a size chart?  We have a size chart located in the top menu on our website and will state within the item description if it runs true to size, small, or large. Customers tend to size up if they are concerned about the size, and their child can always grow into it.

Sales and Discount codes: Discounts will not be honored for previous or future purchases.  Valid only while supplies last. No exceptions will be made to these policies.

Ordering

I placed an order but didn’t receive a confirmation email.  Our emails are generated automatically by our system and go to the email address used on the order. First, please check your Spam or Junk Folder. If you don’t see it there, please email raindropsandsunshine.shop@gmail.com with the name you used on the order and the email you want your order confirmations sent to. Most of the time, there was a small typo in the original email address you provided us, but we will get that confirmation to you as soon as possible!

How long will it take to receive my order?  When you order from Raindrops & Sunshine, we do our best to ship your order out as fast as possible, because we’re as excited as you for you to get your items! Your order will ship within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and any USPS/Federal Holidays). We ship via USPS & DHL so once it’s out of our hands, it will typically reach you within 2-4 business days.

If you select and pay for Rush Processing, your order will ship out the next business day via USPS Priority and will typically reach you 2-3 business days after that.

We also have expedited options through UPS. Once you enter your shipping address, all of the available options in your area will pop up. Please keep in mind, UPS Next Day Air service does not include weekend deliveries.  

*We cannot guarantee against USPS/ DHL delays due to USPS/ DHL errors, weather, or USPS/ DHL high volume delays (i.e. after Black Friday). We cannot expedite shipping once something has left our warehouse. If your item is taking longer than expected to reach you, please contact your local post office with your tracking number before contacting Raindrops & Sunshine. Nine times out of ten, they will be able to help you locate your package right away.

 

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?  Yes we do! Once you enter your shipping address, your shipping cost will calculate. We ship international orders through USPS International. Once it clears customs, it is handed over to your country’s postal service. We do not collect duties or taxes and we cannot determine what duties or taxes will be levied. We recommend consulting your country’s customs policies to best estimate these charges. The recipient is responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees of the package.

Shipping & delivery times can vary depending on a number of factors including the mail carrier you’ve chosen (USPS vs UPS), your location, and package size. For the most detailed tracking updates, we recommend entering your tracking number into your postal service’s website. 

My tracking says my order was delivered but I don’t have it. What do I do? First recheck your front doorstep AND your mailbox. If you cannot locate it, please contact your local USPS station through their local number and not the USPS hotline. Your local station’s phone number can be found on the USPS website. This will make sure you’re talking to a live person who works at your local post office. Give them your tracking number and let them know what your tracking says. They will be able to track the package’s last geo-tag scan and tell you if the package was delivered to the wrong address or if it was in fact delivered to your address. If the package has been stolen, please contact your authorities. Raindrops & Sunshine is not responsible for stolen packages.

 

 

Returns

Can I return items?  Products can be returned for a full refund up to 14 days  from the purchase date. Products must be unworn, unwashed, scent free, and undamaged. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. To begin a return, please e-mail raindropsandsunshine.shop@gmail.com

Have you received my return? All returns will be processed within 1-2  business days of us receiving your package. If you have the tracking information and that time frame has passed, please email us at raindropsandsunshine.shop@gmail.com

How do I exchange something for another size/color/etc? Please e-mail us at raindropsandsunshine.shop@gmail.com if you have a purchase you’re seeking to exchange.

I received a damaged item. What do I do?  Please inspect your items upon receipt carefully. We inspect all items before they leave but if we’ve missed anything, we require notification within 5 days of receipt. Please email us at raindropsandsunshine.shop@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will respond within 1-2 business days to resolve the matter for you as soon as possible.

I received the wrong item/color/size. What do I do? Please notify us immediately via email at raindropsandsunshine.shop@gmail.com. We will respond to you within 1-2 business days to resolve the matter for you and get you the correct item as soon as possible.
