About Raindrops & Sunshine

Hello and welcome to Raindrops & Sunshine! I’m so happy to have you here! I'm Courtney- mom to Ayden and Quinn, mental health therapist, and lover of all things old, rusty, and broken (as my son likes to say). The name Raindrops & Sunshine is very meaningful to me. It came from the song that my daughter loves for me to sing the most “If All the Raindrops,” and the song that I always sang to my son when he was little that he still considers our song (“You Are My Sunshine”). They’ve been my inspiration throughout this new journey, and it seemed only fitting that they were a part of the boutique’s name. I started off in retail at the ripe age of 16 and left the retail field after graduate school, but my love for clothes and putting outfits together has never left me. I started Raindrops & Sunshine with a desire to mesh my creativity and love for clothes and kids. By day I am a mental health therapist with a focus on children, adolescents, and young adults. By night I am practicing self-care by bringing items that capture the fun and playfulness of childhood while also being cute and practical to your child’s closet. My goal is to consistently bring you new products that fit both your child’s personality and your desire for products that are adorable and trendy, yet practical. I select products that I would put on my own children, and can’t wait to see how you style them to make them your own!
